The customer service was great, with helpful and friendly staff. the location was also fantastic, being close to supermarkets, cafes, and the beach. One of the best aspects was the clean and new facilities, with well-appointed kitchens and spacious bathrooms.
the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, with dirty floors and uncleaned bathrooms. the noise levels at night were disruptive, with loud and unruly guests causing disturbances.

Had an amazing Christmas stay! Loved the modern and clean facilities, especially the fresh and stylish decor. The free towel and blanket were a pleasant surprise, and the free breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the security was top-notch. The location was key, with easy access to various activities and attractions. Enjoyed the little lamps at each bed, which created a cozy atmosphere and allowed for individual reading without disturbing others.
The temperature control was a bit tricky, with the air con being either too freezing or the room becoming hot and stuffy without it. The fridges were overcrowded and some food items appeared old and moldy, despite notices about regular cleaning.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city. The showers are great, with hot water and good water pressure. , the bed was super comfortable, making it easy to have a restful night's sleep.
The reception is not always staffed, making it difficult to get help if you need it. The setup for the private rooms was a bit odd, with a shared bathroom down the hall requiring a key to access.

I had a fantastic stay at a budget-friendly hostel in Cairns. The 4-bed room I stayed in was spacious and had a partition between each bunk, offering privacy and comfort. The included breakfast was delicious with a variety of cereals, bread, spreads, fruits, and even pancakes! The location was superb. I appreciated the peacefulness of the hostel as there was no attached bar, ensuring a quiet environment. The gym and inclusion of a hairdryer and straightener were nice touches as well. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hostel for its affordability, cleanliness, amenities, and convenient location.
